Memory
To Mother With Love
For all of the LOVE you have shown us Throughout the many years,
For all the sleepless nights we caused you And for all your many tears, MOTHER WE THANK YOU.
For the strong hands that guided us When we attempted to go astray, And for the kind but strong heart it took To discipline us anyway, MOTHER WE THANK YOU.
You taught us how to LOVE
And to give the best that we have to give, We tried to give some of the love back to you That you've given us all of these years, MOTHER WE THANK YOU.
And now that we are all grown
And have children of our own,
We can better understand and appreciate The discipline and love you have shown, MOTHER WE THANK YOU.
And now we want you to know
That we LOVE and APPRECIATED you so, And those things you have imparted to us Will follow where ever we go, MOTHER WE LOVE YOU.
