Other Mailing Service Info to make you a Genius! • Small Mailings (We First Class stamp mailings under 200 qty)
Mailings with fewer than 200 pieces are sent using First-Class postage and are individually stamped for quick processing and delivery.
• Bulk Mailings (200 pieces or more)
Larger mailings qualify for automated mailing services, which include Standard, or *Non-Profit rates.
These options offer discounted postage and efficient handling. However you can still mail First Class if needed, but Presorted First Class must be 500 pieces or more for discounted rate.
• No Mailing Indicia? No Problem. You can use our Mailing Indicia.
If you don’t have your own mailing permit or indicia for automated mail, you’re welcome to use ours! Just let us know when placing your order and if we need to mail First Class, Standard or *Non-Profit
• *For Non-Profit Mailings
For *Non-Profit mailings, organizations must be registered with the USPS as a *Non-Profit.
If your organization does not have its own *Non-Profit mailing indicia, we can still mail on your behalf
— but you’ll need to be officially registered with the USPS post office first.
• Need Your Mail to Arrive on a Specific Date?
Timing matters — and the postage rate you choose directly impacts delivery speed. If you’re working with a firm deadline, lets be sure we select the option that aligns with your schedule:
First-Class Mail: Standard Mail:
Typically delivers in 1–3 business days. Typically delivers in 2–5 business days.

Non-Profit & EDDM:
Generally delivered in 3–10 business days.
