Estimate specifications are what we understand to be accurate. If they differ, please notify Quality Printing promptly. Projects are priced as print-ready PDFs; any file alterations are billed at $85 per hour. If final artwork differs from the quoted specifications (including page count), pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

All quantities are subject to standard industry variance of up to 10% over or under. Work performed on cancelled orders is billable.

Proofing:

Final proof approval is the responsibility of the customer, and Quality Printing is not liable for errors on approved proofs.

Design Services:

Design and layout services are billed at $85 per hour based on actual time required. Revisions during proofing are included at the same hourly rate.

Mail Services:

Customer must provide mailing database for all direct mail projects. NCOA processing and basic duplicate removal are included. (Unless we are developing a custom mail list for customer or using “USPS Every Door Direct Mail” program.)

After NCOA, our data process only eliminates the following areas:

• Duplication: Duplication or De-duping files with multiple records with the EXACT same information.
• Inconsistencies & Missing Data: Only data with formatting inconsistencies. Ex: Missing information in data cells are eliminated

Our Data process DOES NOT cover the following, unless instructed by client to eliminate:

• Redundancy: Redundant data differs from duplicated data, where database might have similar information within one record or records that convey the same information in different ways. Ex: Multiple cells with a single company address to attention of different recipients within an organization.
• Mistyped Data: Common errors with manual entry data, mistyped data can include typos or grammatical inconsistencies.

Data Confidentiality:

We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect client data and do not sell or distribute mailing lists.

Postage is not included in estimate and is calculated following the below data processing phase.

Use of Third-Party Providers for Shipping and Mailing:

Local delivery is included; deliveries outside our service area may incur freight charges. Shipping and mailing projects at times may involve third-party providers, including USPS. Shipments over $1,000 are insured. While we manage projects carefully, we will advocate but cannot guarantee third-party performance.

Archival of Projects:

Quality Printing archives completed project files on our internal servers for up to two (2) years from the date of final production. After this period, files may be permanently removed as part of routine system maintenance. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own copies of all final artwork and project files.
